The required qualifications for the TX State University’s REU site in Advanced Manufacturing are:
(1) have completed at least sophomore in mechanical and manufacturing engineering or related fields with the GPA of 3.00 or above
(2) have knowledge of CAD/CAM software and some basic programming skills (e.g. MATLAB, Python, etc.)
(3) be a US Citizen or US permanent residents.
